Cancellation policy
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Customers have a window of 72 hours from the time of order placement to request any necessary cancellations. After this 72-hour period, cancellations cannot be accommodated due to items being shipped from overseas and distributed worldwide.
Cancellation Procedure
- Customers must submit cancellation requests within 72 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation requests should be sent to Enajif LLC at support@enajif.com
- Include the order number and relevant details in the cancellation request for prompt processing.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered under extraordinary circumstances and at the sole discretion of Enajif LLC. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
