Refund policy
Refunds are issued by the supplier to the retailer and not by Enajif LLC
Customers will contact the retailer with any requests for a return and the retailer will then contact the supplier.
Enajif LLC follows a 14-day return policy, requiring retailers to notify them of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of the initial notification. Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. Customers initiate return requests with the retailer, who then contacts the supplier.
